Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TaskPrio, operated by EditNative, Netherlands. By using the service you agree to them. Questions: contact@editnative.com.

The service

TaskPrio lets you keep tasks in one global priority order that you and your AI agents work top to bottom, via the web board, the API, and an MCP server. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API token confidential. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Acceptable use

• Don't use TaskPrio for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
• Don't abuse the API or attempt to circumvent plan limits.

Plans & billing

• Free is available with usage limits (active tasks, projects, and daily agent completions).
• Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout (currently $10/month). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

Your content

You retain ownership of the tasks and content you create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and display it back to you and operate the service.

Availability & disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own copies of anything important (you can export your queue at any time).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EditNative will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent courts there, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
